TNF6 Workshop

Sapporo, Japan, July 18-20, 2002

The Sixth International Workshop on Measurement and Computation of Turbulent Nonpremixed Flames (TNF6) was held in Sapporo, Japan on 18-20 July 2002 and was attended by 64 researchers from 12 countries. The main topics of discussion were: mixing models, scalar dissipation modeling and measurements, comparison of results for the Sydney University bluff-body and swirl flames, new experiments on TNF Workshop flames, and special issues for LES validation.

The TNF6 Proceedings file (307 pages, 23 MB) contains all material from the notebook that was distributed to workshop participants. This includes two-page abstracts of all contributed posters, as well as presentations on the main discussion topics. Additional material from several of the invited contributors has been included. The 9-page Summary from the Proceedings is also available separately.
