No payments for workshop registration, booking, or sponsorship are collected through

Cancellation and refund policies may differ for each workshop, depending on
constraints imposed by the local venue and service providers. Cancellation and refund policies will be
communicated as part of the registration process for each workshop. Actual costs incurred by the Organization due
to cancellation will be deducted from refunds.
